Your data stays yours — local and private.
2. Software Privacy (SmartMix Director AI)
The software runs entirely on your computer.
It processes live microphone activity locally, in real-time, and never transmits or stores any content.
Audio and video inputs are analyzed only to automate camera switching within your vMix system.
No voice, recording, or personal data is collected, stored, or sent to any server.
3. Licensing
The software connects securely to our licensing provider (Keygen.sh) only to verify your license key.
During activation, anonymized device identifiers may be used solely for validating your license.
No personal information (name, email, IP, etc.) is collected during activation.
All license validation traffic is encrypted and handled via secure APIs.
4. Website Analytics
This website is built and hosted on Framer.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
Framer may collect basic, anonymous traffic statistics (e.g. page views), but we do not access, use, or store that data ourselves.
5. Payments
Purchases are handled through our billing provider Paddle, which serves as our merchant of record.
Any billing data (e.g. name, email, VAT info) is processed securely by Paddle under their own privacy policy.
We do not store or process any payment details directly.
