Welcome to SmartMix Director AI. By purchasing, downloading, or using our software, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. License Agreement

SmartMix Director AI is a licensed software product. By using the software, you agree to the terms of the license provided upon purchase.

  • Each license is valid for one user and may be activated on a limited number of machines (as defined in your license).

  • Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing your license is strictly prohibited.

  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software without written permission.

2. License Types

🔹 Trial License (Free)

  • Grants full access to all features for a limited time (7 days).

  • Intended for evaluation purposes only.

  • Automatically expires at the end of the trial period.

  • Cannot be renewed or re-issued without approval.

🔹 Lite License (One-Time Purchase)

  • Includes all core functions, up to 3 microphone inputs.

  • Does not include the AI learning engine or advanced dialogue detection.

  • Ideal for solo use, basic panels, and simplified automation.

  • Perpetual license, valid on one machine unless otherwise specified.

🔹 Full License (Standard / Pro)

  • Grants unrestricted access to all SmartMix Director AI features.

  • Includes AI dialogue detection, real-time learning, split screen control, and PTZ camera logic.

  • Supports unlimited microphones.

  • Perpetual license with optional future upgrade discounts.

3. Usage Restrictions

  • You may use SmartMix Director AI solely for its intended purpose: automating video switching using live microphone input in conjunction with vMix.

  • Features are restricted according to license type.

  • Any attempt to bypass feature restrictions (e.g., enabling AI learning in Lite) is prohibited.

4. Payment & Billing

  • All payments are processed securely via Paddle.

  • Paddle handles billing, VAT compliance, invoicing, and refunds.

  • Refunds are typically available within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.

5. Software Updates

  • All licenses include access to minor software updates and patches.

  • Major upgrades (e.g., new product lines or features) may require purchasing an upgrade license.

6. Data & Privacy

  • The software connects to our license server (Keygen.sh) only to validate your license key.

  • No microphone or video data is ever transmitted, stored, or logged by SmartMix Director AI.

  • License activation collects anonymized device identifiers used strictly for license management.

7. License Management

  • You may deactivate your license via the built-in License Management screen and reactivate it on a different machine if permitted by your plan.

  • Attempting to use the same license on multiple machines concurrently without permission may result in suspension.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke a license in the following cases:

  • License tampering or unauthorized sharing

  • Violation of usage limits defined by your license type

  • Repeated failed validations or chargebacks
